Sandbach Town Hall is an award-winning wedding venue making it the perfect choice for you. I want you to share your wedding dreams with us and we will make them come true. We want your day to be about you, which is why we offer exclusive hire of the venue, so it offers peace and privacy.

From the moment you come through the original 19th century oak doors you and your guests will know that this will be a day to remember. There is lift access as you come through the main entrance, this goes to the first and second floors. There is an accessible toilet with a baby changing area also available.

The Ballroom offers the largest flexible space being able to hold from 30 up to 170 guests. The ballroom has a stunning beamed ceiling, and a superb maple dance floor, with a starlight curtain, staging and lighting which makes a great area to photo your special occasion and to accommodate a live band or DJ. This along with the accompanying PA system can create a fantastic atmosphere for such a special day.

The Charter room offers a more intimate wedding ceremony from 4 up to 35 guests. There is a licensed bar with a selection of beers, cider, spirits, gins, and wines to enjoy. With an adjoining seated lounge area and a beautiful large glass fronted viewing area allowing your guests to look down onto the reception whilst enjoying a different surrounding.

Register fees are not included in the ceremony price. You need to contact and pay the register separate to conduct your wedding ceremony.

The arrival of a new baby is a truly special occasion for you and your loved ones. Sandbach Town Hall offers a charming setting for your child’s christening, religious or non-religious naming ceremony and reception. Here at Sandbach Town Hall, we have the perfect christening package to offer. Have the option to hire the Ballroom, Kitchen, and our licenced bar for 4 hours for £225.

Our ballroom will hold up to 150 people in several different floorplan arrangements. Our ballroom is a beautiful room with tall, beamed ceiling and church like windows. Our 19th Century building is the perfect place to hold a christening.

Children’s Party Package

  • 10am-1pm or 12 noon-3pm.

We hold many children’s parties at our venue. The children’s birthday party package includes the Ballroom located on the first floor and the adjoining Kitchen for 3 hours for £95.00.

The ballroom can hold up to 150 people in a variety of different seating arrangements. The ballroom has a stunning beamed ceiling, and a superb maple dance floor, with a starlight curtain.

Many clients hire a bouncy castle or soft play. A 10-foot hired bouncy castle (maximum size) is permitted in the ballroom. We can help you create memories which will last forever.

Wedding Package

Sandbach Town Hall is the perfect venue for your special day. This Victorian building is the ideal location for Civil Weddings, Partnerships and wedding celebrations.

Ceremonies can take place in any of our rooms but mainly take place in the Ballroom, which can accommodate seating for up to 170 guests. The Ballroom has a superb maple dance floor and stunning oak beamed ceiling, which can be dramatically lit to create a fantastic atmosphere for your special day.

Events requiring catering are easily serviced by the adjoining full kitchen and bar facilities can be provided within the Ballroom or Charter Room. Standard and premium beers, ciders, wines and spirits are available with the viewing area from the Charter Room providing a quieter haven from the excitement of the main event in the Ballroom. The Ballroom’s capacity can be discretely reduced to create a more intimate layout to suit your special occasion. The charter room is able to seat up to 25 if you want a more intimate ceremony.

Complimentary services such as local florists, caterers, room dressing specialists and photographers can be recommended. Flexible pricing plans are available to suit any budget and the Events Team will work with you to ensure that your special day is a memorable occasion for you, your family and guests.
