Sandbach Town Council Committed to Taking Action
Sandbach Town Council is pleased to announce its official recognition by the Alzheimer’s Society for outstanding progress in implementing a Dementia-Friendly action plan. The recognition, granted for 12 months, underscores the Council’s commitment to addressing the challenges faced by those living with dementia in the community.
