Sandbach Town Council Youth Club – Local Youth Workers Needed!
In partnership with Cheshire East Council Youth Services, the Town Council is setting up a Youth Club for young people in Sandbach aged between 12 and 16 on a Tuesday evening in the Town Centre.
This is initially a 12 month pilot with a view to running the Youth Club permanently, based on take up and Council approval. We are looking for one Lead Youth Worker for 6 hours per week with relevant experience and Level 3 in Youth Work, and 3 Support Workers for 3 hours per week ideally with youth work experience.
Training will be provided for all staff on appointment, and there may also be opportunities to study for the Level 3 qualification for those who wish to progress in this field. We are currently planning to launch the Youth Club in October, subject to recruitment.
